I have got a great start but November will be here soon! He plans on introducing the car at this year's Emerald Coast Cruizin!! Wow lots of late night knuckle busting here. The rear has been mini tub to fit the huge 20x10 wheels for rear and 18x8 on front. wheels came from JD Wheels of Columbus Ohio. He just got the short block together. It's a 69 350 4 bolt main that he bored 40 over and machined the block to be a 383 roller stroker. It has I beam rods an aggressive hydraulic roller cam from Comp Cams. 10.5.1 compression and a pair of angle plug 64cc combustion aluminum heads.

I have got the motor built and ready to go in and will finish the rest of the brackets and hoses once its in. I have got the rear clip built , Ready to go under car and be joined with front frame so it will be a full frame car for added strength. finishing the welding on the nine inch ford rear housing for the four link ladder bar brackets. I will get this under car and fitted and then its off to Hayesville NC. Thomas Byers and his crew will do the Paint and bodywork they do a great job and really looking forward to having them paint the car it is going to look awesome!

We just took the body to Thomas Byers. Him and his crew will work the body and get it ready for a cool custom paint job. We cant wait they do great work. Thanks to Benny Kimberly of Martin Senour Paints he is mixing up a custom color paint and sending it to Thomas Byers were they will give it a gorgeous deep paint job. Our hats off to these guys they will be at this years Emerald Coast Cruizin event as will reveal the car. Make sure to talk to Benny for all your custom paints. I just got the full frame built and with some block sanding and some hot red paint it will be ready to start putting it together.

| I was in North Carolina the other day and stopped by to check on the progress of the body. Wow Thomas and the guys are really shaping up the Camaro. They have got alot of custom things done on the car. They shaved the whole car looking great!. Lots of sanding and blocking. Way to go guys looking sharp.

| | I have made alot of progress on the frame. It is a slow process. The full frame is built. have the rear end built and together with driver side rear disc done,now on to the left. I will have to drop everything time to load for the Moonshine Cruiz-In. Will get back on project camaro after the show.

| The body work is done and it is now ready for paint. Our paint has arrived from Martin Senour thanks to Benny Kimberly. The have supplied us with Mineral grey metallic base, for bottom half, and corvette bright silver for top half. viper red for stripping and plenty of clear for that deep wet look. Thanks a million!. Our hats off to Thomas and his crew they have put many hours into this project I just assure them the beach and a water front room in Panama City awaits them when there done ha ha. Were still a long way but it is looking brighter. I have the frame ready after paint we go to Bob with Rebel wiring for a custom fit wiring job. Then its off to Nashville TN to Nitro Plating. Chris at Nitro Plating will coat the whole exhaust system with there extremely tough gorgeous product.

| The Camaro is now getting its shine. Talked with Thomas today and the car is painted He said it is really sharp wow cant wait to see it. Here is what kind of work these guys do this is the underside all finished just like the top. I will be posting the painted body in few days.

Kenny Thomas of Thomas Transmissions and Auto Repair in Gautier Mississippi has build one cool Tranny a 700r4. It has been modified to handle some pounding power and what a nice red finish he did. Thanks Kenny what a nice job. Hey this guy does great work and if your looking someone that knows hotroding and a tranny for your ride Kenny Thomas is your guy. He will be joining us in Panama City Beach so make sure to talk to him he has been a big help.
